The Waterfront hotel review

Comfort and style, without the price tag.

The Waterfront is run by a well travelled couple who have found and adapted this hotel so that people from all over the world can come and enjoy it. One thing they do understand is how to make their guests happy.

This hotel offers extremely good value for money that doesn’t break the bank. The rate is below 100$ per night which is a far cry from the prices of the nearby 5 star hotels. This hotel may not have a glossy exterior or flash website but it certainly manages to offer a level of comfort that works in harmony with its naturally beautiful surroundings.

The hotel has 7 different rooms sleeping from 2 people to a family of 4. The honeymoon apartment can sleep 4 people and offers its inhabitants spacious living overlooking the aquamarine waters below. The rooms are all very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Although this is not a large hotel packed full of facilities, the members of staff work hard to appease you and your personal needs. There is a large library of books and DVDs available to all guests should they require some light entertainment.

Should you wish to socialize then the hotel bar is a great starting point. The atmosphere is appealing and the people you meet there are usually interesting people from all over the world. The hotel bar is a great starting place, and for a night cap before strolling to your room.

This is a small hotel which allows their guests to receive the attention and thought that they deserve. Each member of staff work hard to try to make your stay enjoyable. You will notice this before you have even reached the hotel and you are met by a friendly welcome and pickup car at the airport followed by a cold beer at the hotel. A small touch but much appreciated after a long hot flight!

The Waterfront hotel is conveniently located on a strip of hotels, restaurants and bars all along the beach, so a short stroll opens the doorway to numerous options for dinner every night. Should you tire of the hotel food then you won’t have to travel far to explore new tastes.

Robin and Sue worden really have thought of everything to help their guests enjoy their stay. They offer a free babysitting/childminding service and free late checkout is subject to availability. All rooms and bungalows offer sea views and contain A/C, fan, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, safe, hot & cold water, DVD Players, dressing gowns, beach towels, hairdryers and adaptors. There is also free Internet and Wireless for guests carrying laptops. However we don’t think you will need your laptop here. Why surf the web when you can surf real waves?
